Experience in asset valuation. Mastery of lending regulations, banking guidance related to credit activities. Proficient in office software including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel. 6 | Appraisal Specialist | University degree or higher in Finance – Banking, Economics, Engineering, Construction (preferably Real Estate major). Firm grasp of real estate business law, housing law, and land law. Practical experience in appraising machinery, equipment, mechanical engineering, road and waterway transport vehicles. Able to withstand high work pressure, can work overtime and travel frequently. Good communication skills, able to work at high intensity.
